FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

For orders placed by Dec. 14, we recommend customers choose USPS Priority Mail or UPS to ensure delivery by Christmas (addresses in the Continental U.S. only). After Dec. 14 and for international orders, we recommend express or overnight services. SHIPPING POLICY

We make every effort to ensure that your package is shipped promptly and accurately and that your goods arrive in good condition. If your product is damaged in transit, please notify us and we will gladly ship a  replacement promptly. At our discretion we may ask for the damaged goods to be returned to us via postpaid carrier.

We reserve the right to modify your chosen shipping method based on carrier regulations or our determination that your chosen method will result in your goods being damaged in transit. However we will notify you of our decision and inform you of any additional charges that may result and give you the option to reject these charges and cancel or modify your order.

SHIPPING GUIDELINES

USPS Flat-Rate Shipping:

Flat-Rate Envelope (12.5” X 9.5”) will hold two magazine back issues or one thin book 8.5” X 11” and no more than approximately 3/8” thick.

Small Flat-Rate Box (8-5/8” X 5-3/8” X 1-5/8”) will hold two DVDs.

Regular Flat-Rate Boxes (11-7/8” X 3-3/8” X 13-5/8” or 11” X 8.5” X 5.5”) will hold from three to five books, two mugs, three to four T-shirts, or up to 15 magazine back issues.

Large Flat-Rate Box (12" X 12" X 6") will hold from six to seven books, four or five T-shirts or up to 30 magazine back issues.

Note: These guidelines allow for the addition of packaging material for protection as needed.

USPS Media Mail: Packages may not be shipped via Media Mail unless they contain ONLY various types of printed or electronic media containing NO advertising content. Therefore, non-media items, such as mugs and T-shirts, and magazine back issues, which contain advertising, cannot be shipped via Media Mail, per USPS Postal Regulations.

International shipping: We ship all international orders via US Postal Service. USPS imposes a four-pound weight limit on Flat-Rate Envelopes and Small Flat-Rate Boxes and a 20-pound limit on the Large Flat-Rate Boxes  to international destinations.
